Walking in a Winter Wonderland

Hi guys, sorry we haven't posted in a while, December is such a busy time! I can't believe that Christmas is over, it has flown by so quickly. I am sad to see it over for another year as I love Christmas so much!

Earlier in December we went to Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park. It seems to have become a tradition for us to go this time of the year to help get us into the Christmas spirit. As soon as you walk into Hyde Park, you get hit with a mix of delicious scents from sweet crêpes to warming mulled wine to German Bratwurst. It is definitely a place to visit if you are a foodie!

There were loads of stalls to look at selling everything from cute trinkets to handcrafted jewellery - perfect for a Christmas present or just to treat yourself. By the time we had finished looking around the market, we were all frozen! So we warmed up by getting a hot chocolate, which was the best hot chocolate I have EVER tasted, in a little German cafe which overlooked the ice rink.

There were also PLENTY of rides too. However I only went on one as rides aren't my thing!

I would highly recommend visiting Winter Wonderland as there is still time left! It doesn't close until 4th January.

I hope you all had a great Christmas and have a wonderful New Year!

Let me know what you got up to over the festive season in the comments!

See you soon!
